The salespeople at Covert Ford are some of the worst in the industry. The don't know their product, process or how to talk to customers. They act like they are there to do you a favor. The worst dealership ever! Purchased a truck on a Saturday and had to scream and lose time from work to get my truck the next Friday and we will never shop with this dealership again. From the salesman to management to mechanics all unprofessional irresponsible and the worst customer service ever! Do Not shop for a vehicle at this dealership! Truck was not ready to be sold both front tires bald and very unsafe! Alberto was the worst sales person we have ever dealt with so incompetent stopped answering our calls and never bothered to apologize for him giving us wrong information. Management Jacob was not any better. Other sales reps would say we will call you back and no one did. Ramiro was another 1 that made promises he could not keep. The list can go on and on bottom line do not trust this dealership AT ALL!!! I will be following this up with higher ups and have them read the reviews just from this month all 1 star and that's only because we have to because they all do not deserve 1 single star! So we will see how the truck runs and do a complete inspection of this vehicle to make sure it is safe to drive because trust went out the window along time ago. More

While I understand that there is a supply shortage, I was mislead about the delivery details, as well as the features within the vehicle purchased. After the purchase process was almost 2 hours underway, I w mislead about the delivery details, as well as the features within the vehicle purchased. After the purchase process was almost 2 hours underway, I was notified that the purchase price was RAISED $5k ABOVE sticker price “because they could sell if to someone else for that and that is what Ford/Lincoln was doing right now.” I find that absolutely disgusting. After raising all of the concerns, I was told they would make good on the features in the car by allowing me to drive the vehicle I was sold and create a custom build out of a 2022 vehicle with the features I was told it had, and most importantly, that they would honor the sticker price originally posted. Of course, this was a bold lie and they haven’t returned any calls, texts or emails to follow up on this offer to “make things right.” This is the most disappointing car buying and business transaction I’ve ever been a part of. If I could rate it less than one star I would. Made an appointment to get my daughter's oil changed, tired rotated and state inspection and overall inspection as she is driving the car across the country appointment to get my daughter's oil changed, tired rotated and state inspection and overall inspection as she is driving the car across the country for college. First, the service was awful. I had an appointment but it took hours for them to get to it. Then they kept forgetting me and I had to ask about it. I finally get the car back and the printed inspection back. According to them, it passed everything with flying colors. Since my trust was now so low with them, I took it to Lamb's Automotive to have it checked out, a second opinion. At Lamb's they found the water pump was leaking, the fuel injector was gunky and not set to drive 2000 miles to school and three belts were cracked and needed to be replaced. I trust lamb's - I had my car checked there for the drive too and it passed everything so they, unlike Covert, are not trying to pull one over on you. Several days after our Covert visit - with the clean bill of health - I got an email stating "during your visit, we recommended an important vehicle maintenance for your vehicle... brake linings require immediate replacement." Of course, they gave me a $20 coupon towards this "crucial" repair. First of all, no one talked to me about the car or any needed/suggested repairs, second, the print out they gave me showed the breaks as "good" and lastly, Lamb's did not find any repairs needed on the breaks. We bought the service package for three years. However, I will not use again. Do NOT take your car there. Do NOT trust anything they say. More

I only rated a 1 because you have to give a rating. They don't rate a 1. Bought a truck there 5 years ago. Not a great experience. They send me stuff all the time to bring in my vehicle for service. Called them to schedule recall service that Ford says takes less than half a day. They told me they won't take appointment for the recall service and it may take 4 days. I'll never go to anything with the name Covert on it again, and I'm not to high on buying another Ford product. We don't have this kind of BS with Lexus. We make an appointment, they do the work, and we get the car back the same day. More
