Very Disappointed with my experience Leasing my Honda Civic Hybrid Junuary this year. Was promised a set monthly payment with no money down. Went to finance dept to sign papers and fast talking clerk t Civic Hybrid Junuary this year. Was promised a set monthly payment with no money down. Went to finance dept to sign papers and fast talking clerk trying to make extra commission charged me extra sales tax and said needed to add expensive 3 year service plan to get gap insurance on lease. Later said gap insurance not needed on lease but could not remove service plan! After speaking with 3 different sales managers, received only apologies and broken promises of a refund. Have not received refund or even a call back! Was a long term customer but this dealership has really gone downhill. Do not recommend. More
