They practice misleading messaging. I called to verify that I could leave my car early to take advantage of 2 pm discounts on oil change but was told after the service that I could not I called to verify that I could leave my car early to take advantage of 2 pm discounts on oil change but was told after the service that I could not receive the discount because I brought the car in that morning. This is despite the fact that I asked specifically if bringing car in early would not affect the discount when I made the appointment. More

Chris the salesman at Courtesy Hyundai was very professional from the first phone call forward. He worked with me on that phone call right through driving to the dealership and test driving the ca professional from the first phone call forward. He and his manager did all the necessary work to make me feel like this WAS the place to purchase a vehicle. I was correct. Great experience through the whole process and I might add very simple!!! I would recommend this salesman and this dealership to everyone that wants a simple process and an honest process more importantly. More
