After traveling 130 miles to purchase a vehicle on Saturday 5/23/26, the sale part went well. After I left the dealership, everything went downhill. The Santa Fe Hybrid started decelerating, causing m Saturday 5/23/26, the sale part went well. After I left the dealership, everything went downhill. The Santa Fe Hybrid started decelerating, causing me to have to pull onto the shoulder of the road to try to charge the hybrid battery. Kept doing this sequence several times. Finally pulled into a hotel parking lot and called Hyundai roadside assistance. They said they could only tow it to the nearest Hyundai dealership, not my hometown as the salesman told me. The salesman told me he would call me the next day after he talked to his manager. 3 days later, haven't heard from anyone yet. No answer to text, Whatsapp, nothing. They just left me to figure everything out for myself. No offer to pay for the hotel or a meal. Once I left the dealership, it's like they didn't know me anymore. Very disappointed with Courtesy Hyundai. More
