Had been looking for a new F150 for several weeks. Kept checking the websites of all the Ford dealers in the Atlanta area. Noticed an ad for a 2013 F150 STX at Courtesy at a very good price. Printed the ad checking the websites of all the Ford dealers in the Atlanta area. Noticed an ad for a 2013 F150 STX at Courtesy at a very good price. Printed the ad and went to my local Ford dealer to see if they could obtain the truck for me or match the price with one on their lot. After a 4 hour ordeal of being given the runaround and being told very rudely by the sales manager that there was no way Courtesy could sell that truck for that price I left. I called Courtesy Ford and spoke to their internet person, Mike Michaels, and explained that before I made the 60 mile trip to Conyers I needed assurance that I could buy the truck at the advertised price. He promised me the price was real and if I would come the next day, he would have a salesman waiting on me with the truck ready to be seen. I arrived the next morning and the salesman, Reggie Taylor, was waiting in front of the dealership with the F150. We immediately went on a test drive while my trade in was being evaluated. I ended up buying the truck at the exact advertised price and was given a fair value on my trade in. My total time at Courtesy was about 1.5 hours and I left very satisfied and felt like I was well treated. More
