I purchased my car in April of 2026, the next month after my purchase in May my car started overheating. Turns out the whole entire engine needed to be replaced. I went an entire month and a half without my my purchase in May my car started overheating. Turns out the whole entire engine needed to be replaced. I went an entire month and a half without my car. I finally got my car back in the end of June. Now it is September, 5 months after my purchase and the A/C is blowing hot air. I schedule a service appointment and the service department was absolutely horrible to work with. I had Peter as an advisor the first time, and Jerry as an advisor this second time. KEEP IN MIND, this vehicle is a vehicle that I purchased because I had to trade in the previous vehicle that Watson Chevrolet sold me in 2025 because that vehicle (a Chrysler 300) was overheating and the A/C was not working. I had to put $3,500 down payment for the Chrysler last year. Went through a series of repairs then finally traded it in after Watson couldn’t help me with the Chrysler. I had to put an additional $2,500 down towards my new/used car and that was this year in April. Watson is now quoting me $3,200 to repair the A/C in the vehicle they sold me 5 months ago and already had to replace the entire engine. I highly recommend anyone who wants a reliable car to never come to a Watson Chevrolet. I am now stuck with a vehicle that these crooks of salespeople knew was unreliable. More
