It is a wonderful car and the Courtesy people lived up to the TrueCar price and didn't annoy me too much with the financing and warranty process. Their technology specialist helped me set-up all the capabilities the car has, and I haven't had a problem with it in the six months since. It is a dream to drive, the best car I've ever had by far. I took it in for a 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation and true to their word they didn't charge me a cent for it and had it done in an hour. And it came back sparkling clean inside and out. So far my experience is the best I've ever had with a dealership. Great place! More

CUSTOMER SERVICE I was VERY reluctant to go back to the dealership that sold me a busted lemon, however I was having issues with my car dying on me at random times. I must say that I received outstanding customer service from Paige! She took my frustration and turned it into definite hope! They replaced my alternator and Paige handled business like a champ. She ensured that my repairs were timely and that as a military veteran who is in need of constant communication, she called me multiple times to keep me updated. ***Personal note*** Thank you Paige for all that you did. You seriously are a ROCK STAR! ***Professional note*** To whom it may concern, Paige deserves a HUGE pay raise for her work ethic. When I bought my vehicle "AS IS AND NO WARRANTY". I bought the car at night, and didn't realize all of the hidden black electrical tape on the car that barely kept it together. The car has had to be repaired multiple times and not once did anyone from Acura called to ask if we liked the car, or if there were any issues. I traded in a diamond, near mint condition, with less than 90k miles, Infiniti G35 for this. I have strong buyers regret and can't EVER recommend anyone to go to Courtesy Acura unless it's to deal with Paige. Even after I got the car serviced, it died on me a few times because the repair shop failed to properly clean the connectors that were piled on with corrosion, and the connectors were extremely loose. I even told my other mechanic how much was spent and he spit out his coffee on the ground, and told me I sold my soul for nothing. I took it to another auto body shop in Castle Rock and they showed me. I honestly thought it was the issue that a majority of Acura MDX's have with the bluetooth module. Paige literally is the bright spot in that place and is the epitome of what "Customer Service" should be. I can speak on this on a personal and professional level since I was a Personnel Officer in the Marine Corps for over 20 years and had to deal with customer service for Marines, civilians, and other branches of service in different duty station capacities. When you have great customer service skills, you can make any bad situation into a great experience and have people leave with a smile. I do not put any of this upon Paige. She did her job with perfection and you all owe her a HUGE debt of gratitude!! I haven't gone online and said anything concerning any of these issues with your sales reps, or repair crew, because I believe that it's my responsibility as a man to deal with it. The least thing Courtesy Acura could do is replace this entire vehicle with a new one for the embarrassment and unprofessional ways of their sales and repair crew have displayed to me and my family. Additionally, the GM went out of his way to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. Financing was equally smooth. I loved the approach of this dealership from a sales standpoint- they don’t play the back and forth game...you get a very reasonable price from the onset, thus resulting in little time wasted negotiating. They did a great job of detailing the vehicle before I picked it up and were able to apply tinted windows and Clear Guard in under 24 hours; excellent sense of urgency. Also, the first two oil changes and tire rotations are provided free of cost. More
