There was one big issue dealing with Courtesy. Namely, I was given an “out the door” price but when it came time to sign on the dotted line, the “out the door” price wasn’t really the “out the door” price.. was given an “out the door” price but when it came time to sign on the dotted line, the “out the door” price wasn’t really the “out the door” price...even though it was in writing on their own worksheet. Bait and switch, or just a misunderstanding? I have my opinion. I expressed my disappointment but no one from the management team has yet to call. There has been plenty of time to do so. My salesman was the shining light in this whole experience. More

Matt gets high praise - he's a keeper - in general he did an excellent job of answering my questions and I had a lot of them to be fair - so give him a raise! My only constructive complain is when I texted him to pick up my car, to ask if he had a shuttle or a ride share, he never got back - I even called for an answer and he never got back. This was in the middle of the afternoon. I was not happy he never got back. But all in all I did greatly appreciate all the other answers I got from him! More
