I've been new car shopping before and this was the best experience I've had yet. I had a pretty good idea of the car I wanted and the sales staff didn't try to steer my in another direction or to a higher experience I've had yet. I thought the pricing was fair and competitive, both for my new car and the trade in value of my 2013 Honda Accord. Most of all I appreciated not being given the hard sell on extended warranties. I've never bought one and never regretted it. My last car purchase the sales staff was relentless. I almost felt like I had to by the lowest cost extended warranty just to make the sales pitch stop! I stuck to my guns and refused. The day I arrived to pick up the car the salesman started on the extended warranty pitch again. Then he brought in his manage to try to sell me on one. By this time I was just resentful. I was hoping I wouldn't have to go through that again at Courtesy Acura and I'm very happy to not be put through that again. I REALLY appreciated that! I also like the hands on tutorial I get from Mackenzie when I arrived to pick up my new car. As I stated before, this new car purchase was the best I've even had. Just for reference, I've bought 7 new cars since I was 18. More

I was very impressed with the service I received on my RDX! Everything was so easy and seamless! They even came and picked up my car, gave me a loaner, and dropped it back off, even though I live outside RDX! Everything was so easy and seamless! Service is prompt, & they do a thorough car wash. Parts & Labor for non-warranted items can be a bit ridiculous. Book in advance 4 loaner vehicle. The buying process was indeed awesome. I left Courtesy with a beautiful 2014 TSX with only 30k miles at a very fair price. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. By far the best used care buying experience at a dealer I’ve ever had. I will most definitely be using Courtesy as my first choice for my next Acura. More
