The showroom may be small and quaint, but that’s part of its charm, it feels personal, calm, and never overwhelming. You’re greeted right away, and there’s a genuine sense that customers are noticed and valued. There’s a steady, trustworthy presence in the leadership team that sets the tone throughout the dealership. The staff is attentive without hovering, and everything moves at an easy, comfortable pace. Shane made the Murano test drive especially enjoyable, clear, patient, knowledgeable, and relaxed, with absolutely no sense of being rushed. Richard in Finance was equally impressive. He’s straightforward, well‑versed in extended warranty options, and explains everything in a way that feels transparent and easy to follow. It’s refreshing to work with someone who knows the details inside and out and presents them without pressure. Country Nissan continues to offer the dependable, customer‑focused experience that keeps us returning. The leadership team sets a respectful, steady tone, and the staff reflects that same approach.
