The 2 Star rating is completely due to the sales dept. 1. we came there to buy a vehicle that day. This was an easy sale for them and we told them that. 2. There sales dept did not give us a warm reception. 2. They do not advertise that they have 2 lots and the trucks we had picked from the website before we arrived were at the other lot. The salesman wanted us to go to the lot instead of him bringing the trucks to us. I insisted to bring the trucks to us so I could look around. 3. Bringing the trucks took forever mainly because he didn't realize until he got to the other lot that 1 truck was sold the other day. 4. He kept trying to push vehicles with the very expensive Black Widow option. 5. They were not flexible at all on used vehicle prices even after I asked 3 times to give me the bottom price. He didn't say a word and just gave me the total which was the asking price. 6. After deciding that a used vehicle was not worth $78K, I picked a 2026 Chevy Silverado for $60K ($12K over the vehicles I had first selected), he was visibly unhappy. Where I realize salesman what to always sell the highest priced vehicles, without doing a lot of work, he got a sale solely because he was the first person I met when I walked in. 7. He told us as we were leaving, that if we can't give a 5 Star rating, to call him first. That's useless as it wouldn't change anything as the damage was done. 8.
