I discovered a screw stuck in my tire Monday morning and took it right to Fred! He was ready to repair it but noticed the indicators were showing I would need new tires soon. Since I was due back home immediately, They also provided a free ride home via LYFT, which was really nice! Straight home with no other stops. I really appreciate having a go to mechanic who knows me and my car and always goes out of his way to help me out! More

Improved service on a snow day In the past, I've encouraged this service center to improve their schedule management to reduce customer wait times on routine maintenance to under an In the past, I've encouraged this service center to improve their schedule management to reduce customer wait times on routine maintenance to under an hour. Well, they've done something about it. My latest service, which included an oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, etc. was completed in under 45 minutes. Well done! Now, the snow may have had something to do with the improved times since there were very few customers there. But, I'm optimistic that Fred Olson is right when he says that this dealership is continually striving to improve their customer service experience. And, Fred is an excellent example of someone who cares about his customers. More

Brent and His Team Are Focused on Getting it Right I had brought our two Toyota vehicles in to have accessories work done on them at separate times. One ended up having a scheduling and parts issue, wh I had brought our two Toyota vehicles in to have accessories work done on them at separate times. One ended up having a scheduling and parts issue, while the other one had several issues after a lift was done on it. I am former military and a stickler for when its going to be done it's done and at that time within reason and communicated if it misses that within reason time. I am sure when they see me coming they are like, "He's back..." Despite me being me on what is probably the classic difficult customer, they always addressed my questions and were willing to come to a resolution on problems and figure out a way to get any issues resolved. Fred Olson is THE BEST! Fred takes great care of BOTH of our Toyotas! (And I've also taken my daughter's car to him on occasion.)
