Corwin Toyota Boulder Service Department is corrupt and dishonest. They misrepresent that repairs are necessary when, in fact, they are not. They say they will make things right but then renege on their dishonest. They misrepresent that repairs are necessary when, in fact, they are not. They say they will make things right but then renege on their promises. We filed a Complaint with the Colorado Attorney General to stop Corwin from engaging in more deceptive practices. The salesman, Carson, was a nice guy. This is the only reason why I’m giving two stars. With that being said, managers should properly train salespeople when it comes to products beings sold. Carson informed us that we would be getting leather seats, but that turned out not to be the case. Not his fault, again, this lack of knowledge is an indication that there was a lack of training. Also, the communication between Carson and the finance manager, Nick, was lacking. We put down $1,000 in order to hold the vehicle. That was never recorded. We informed Carson that we intended to put down $10,000. That was never mentioned to Nick. I would also like to air my grievances when it came to the new car sales manager,Conrad. He pressured us to get to the dealership within a specific time frame in order to retrieve the vehicle once it came in because he was leaving for the day. I then took off of work early and rushed over to dealership. Upon arrival, we were told to wait in the waiting area. I texted Conrad to let him know we had arrived and he neglected to text me back nor did he ever show his face. We then ended up waiting for almost an hour for Carson. Both are unacceptable. Our experience with the finance side of things was also disappointing. We received a call from Nick exactly 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle that there wasn’t any record of us putting the $1,000 down. Do better guys!!! Buying a new car should be a pleasant experience, not a nightmare. Needless to say, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My initial buying experience was a wonderful one. But then I tried to work with Mazlo to resolve an issue with a missing line item on the sales sticker. Very disappointing to have this as the lasting memory for what was a pretty good experience initially...:( More
