I recently purchased a brand new car from Corwin, and I’ve encountered numerous internal trim and mechanical issues within the first 1,000 miles. While I understand that these things can happen, what’s been even more frustrating is the Service Department's response. Too often, I’ve felt dismissed by the service representatives and even the Assistant Manager. I used to be a regular customer at Steven Miller, and while my sales experience at Corwin was excellent (thanks, Chase!), my recent service experiences have led me to hesitate in recommending Corwin to friends, family, and colleagues. I sincerely hope to see improvements in Corwin's Service Department in the future. Additionally, having spent many days at Corwin over the past month for repairs and rides, I’ve observed low morale among the Service Department staff. Amy did a good job keeping g posted as to waiting for parts, very personable and made herself available when I called. Wth regards to parts. I've been working with Rae a lot the past couple of weeks. She's very nice and knowledgeable. I wasn't the happiest customer but she kept her cool and was there to get answers Ayden was also nice and h weeks. She's very nice and knowledgeable.
