I did not like getting a text offering to but my car. I also didn't like getting two recommendations to fix on a car that only has 5,200 miles. The 1st was for a cabin air filter- which when I checked on I also didn't like getting two recommendations to fix on a car that only has 5,200 miles. The 1st was for a cabin air filter- which when I checked online should be changed between 15,000-30,000 miles. The 2nd was for A/C, which made no sense at all. Average I went there for an oil leak. Oil filter came loose because it was installed incorrectly. Had our car serviced earlier in the week. Then two days later a nail was found in my tire. I made an 8 AM appointment so I could get in and out quickly. The oil change was relatively fast. Took over an hour to get the additional list of details needed. Once I selected four wheel alignment. I had to wait an additional two hours to get that complete. I realize that sometimes the tech gets backed up, which may have been the case. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and alignment and was initially told the service would take approximately two hours. Based on that estimate, I left and returned two hours later, only to end up wa and was initially told the service would take approximately two hours. Based on that estimate, I left and returned two hours later, only to end up waiting an additional two hours. A four-hour wait for routine maintenance is unacceptable, especially when expectations were set differently. To make matters worse, the alignment was not completed correctly, and I now have to return for another visit to have the issue fixed. This has turned what should have been a straightforward service appointment into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. I had also purchased a package of three oil changes. After experiencing a four-hour wait for the first service, I requested a refund for the two remaining unused oil changes. The process was far more difficult than it should have been. I had been considering trading in my current vehicle and purchasing a new one from this dealership in the near future, but after this experience, I am unlikely to do so. Unfortunately, the dealership is developing a reputation for long wait times and frequent upselling of services, and my experience did nothing to change that perception. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both service efficiency and customer experience. More
