Good car mechanical, but dealer did not put front license plate holder on. Said they didn't have time. When I put it on the extra weight was enough to pull the bumper down where it had been damaged so they w plate holder on. Said they didn't have time. I only bought a car from corwin because of Hussain alshemani. I don't trust corwin, but I trust him. I'm also upset that corwin would not give me the 'guaranteed' trade in value. I went in to look at a car - not expecting to purchase one but spoke and worked with Lisa as she was a Muscatell employee (whole family has purchased from Muscatell prior to the name change) and it was a one but spoke and worked with Lisa as she was a Muscatell employee (whole family has purchased from Muscatell prior to the name change) and it was a smooth transition! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and overall kind and understanding of the whole situation as this was my first car purchase! She has sent follow up messages asking how things have been going and if I had any questions or needed additional information (I asked when the last oil change, maintenance was, etc.), she has been able to provide everything within minutes.
