Beware of dishonesty!!!!! All I asked for was an honest evaluation of the vehicle but instead Mark gave me a doctored up sale by using the words like immaculate, and detailed o All I asked for was an honest evaluation of the vehicle but instead Mark gave me a doctored up sale by using the words like immaculate, and detailed often. The car showed up with $500 scrap on the front bumper that was visible after reviewing the dealership photos. After pages and pages of text message dialogue about cost of local dealer’s estimate and denying that it was there on their lot, I was told to “get real” and to” go to h---”. Never once did I ever bring up money back or compensation only for HONESTY about the vehicle. I have a hard time understanding how a salesman living off of commission and reviews could be so disrespectful to a customer. More

I saw the truck on Car Gurus and called the dealership and asked about. The receptionist sent me to Michael and we discussed the truck and he asked if I wanted to come in for a test drive. I explained that I was 6,000 miles away and that would not be an option. We made the deal after several emails and questions answered. Very prompt and efficient. Callie answered all my questions as I furnished my own financing and sent me the paperwork for signature and title information. She knows her stuff. I will have a friend pick the truck up for me when the dealership is ready and I will come to CONUS to pick it up in July and take a road trip in it. 2.5 years till retirement and I now have a vehicle to get to my land in AZ. Mark Schnurr was extremely helpful in showing us what was available. Mark was very helpful through our search, but we were unable to find exactly what we were looking for on the lot. I discussed all of the things we were looking for with Mark and told him that I wanted to buy a car from him if he could find it. Mark kept us informed about his search for what we were looking for. Then one day, he called with the news that he had found exactly what we were looking for. Mark encouraged us to place a hold on the vehicle to guard against someone from buying the vehicle. When we finally able to get in to check out the vehicle, we discovered that Mark was spot on. We went straight in to purchase our new vehicle. The whole process went so smoothly. Mark was very trustworthy and really listened to what we wanted. He worked hard to exceed our expectations and got us exactly the vehicle and deal we were looking for.
