Purchased 2026 Bronco and was supposed to have Sasquatch package as told I got everything I wanted and that was not included on my purchase. I received the Luxe package on a Badlands Bronco but never got th package as told I got everything I wanted and that was not included on my purchase. I received the Luxe package on a Badlands Bronco but never got the Sasquatch package. After talking to the GM they are unwilling to make this right other than having me pay at cost for the rims and tires. That doesn’t come close to what the package has and shouldn’t be out of my pocket. The difference I don’t get is the suspension and rim and tires. More

Sad another bad experience- needed fuel door repaired, was quoted $423.26 to replace the fuel door assembly, all that was needed was to replace the plunger. Ordered the fuel door assembly online for $81, was quoted $423.26 to replace the fuel door assembly, all that was needed was to replace the plunger. Ordered the fuel door assembly online for $81, removed the plunger and replaced it on the broken door- took my husband all of 10 minutes- not sure how you can justify $423 bucks . More
