Lisa was very spot on with finding an SUV that both fit my needs and wants! She got me into a really nice '16 Patriot High Altitude with 33k miles! 2.5 hours for an oil change and then 3 hours for 1000 in new accessories and I can't get a loaner car for the 5 hour wait... crap customer service. I regret buying my 65000 2022 ram from here. This was my first major purchase of a car, so I was doing my research on car, i wanted a Jeep Cherokee then wanted Hondas, and I ended up getting 2019 Toyota RAV4 Adventure.
