2019 ProMaster City Purchase Experience Four weeks prior to the purchase of our Ram ProMaster City my husband and I were driving through the car lot looking for the van as listed on your web Four weeks prior to the purchase of our Ram ProMaster City my husband and I were driving through the car lot looking for the van as listed on your website. We saw Nick on the lot and he was clearly on his way attending to another customer but he stopped in his tracks and politely directed us to the vehicle we were looking for. His great customer service skills led me to request his name. Nick with a K. Then I called him three weeks later and he quickly responded to me even though he was out of town! Nick made arrangements for me to drive the vehicle with Gary. This functional vehicle purchase process was a breeze. I met with Nick on a Friday and my husband and I met Nick on Monday to close the deal. Nick sought answers to our questions, made recommendations and was very knowledgeable.
