If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a 2014 RAM truck with air suspension back in Jan of 2017. Since then I've had to replace the compressor 3x ($2200/each time), replace about 30 fuses ($12/e RAM truck with air suspension back in Jan of 2017. Since then I've had to replace the compressor 3x ($2200/each time), replace about 30 fuses ($12/each), worn through 3 sets of tires (the front wheels toe in and wear out the inside of the tread), and drive on the frame with no suspension for about 6 weeks each winter. When I bought the truck I made it a point to ask if the air system works in the winter, I was told that they don't have any issues and it was a closed system with a dryer just like a semi truck. I found all of this was a lie the Management told the sales team in a meeting just before christmas. I had the truck for 3 days and 2 of them the air suspension froze up. When I brought it back, the service guy told me about the meeting and that they have had nothing but issues with the suspension freezing up. There is no dryer in the system, and it is not a closed system which is where all the issues start. I wanted to return the truck after the first weekend due to all the issues, but ND doesn't have a lemon law so I was stuck with it. I was told the only fix for the freezing suspension is to either remove it and put on traditional shocks, or park it in a heated garage every night, and even then, it's not a 100% guarantee it will work all the time. More

It was a late night for all of us, but in the end we have to vehicles that will suit our family nice. Lisa asked several times if there was anything she could get us in terms of drink or snack, and even though she was super busy she made us feel important. More
