Normal service I went in for a normal service part of my contract but my seat wasn't working correctly. Seat position 2 was not holding its auto save position. I was early and Nick was not exactly friendly nor welcoming. First by telling me me that they were running behind....and your appointment is not until 1 so you are half an hour early. Um OK well road work was not as bad as we thought so better early then late....wow he just was not the guy for customer service....plus I was not there for just an oil change was that not in the notes? Oh well in that case you need to go and talk to the service center in the doors...seriously....read the notes on my account. Steve was a little better, but still stiff. The seat still wasn't working when we returned. So I had to end up leaving it overnight. I live over 60 miles away...they hadon't no loaner cars...good thing my husband was there and we had nothing pressing, othwise I would have been screwed. Other then that all was good. Loved Johnny, he drove me to the 2 places I needed to go while I waited for my car the first time, great young man! More
Looking out for you I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. I also had a burnt-out driver side daylight running lamp. My service advisor investigated the lamp i I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. I also had a burnt-out driver side daylight running lamp. My service advisor investigated the lamp issue and determine that there was a service advisory issued by General Motors on it a year ago. It was determined that my entire headlight assembly will be replaced at no charge. Thanks to my service advisor I avoided a costly expense down the road. More
Did what they said The service was completed as requested. I inadvertently left my wallet in the car & it was still there. Also, my watch had gone missing 5 days prior & The service was completed as requested. I inadvertently left my wallet in the car & it was still there. We were merely reviewing and considering a few vehicles and stopped in to check storage of the Encore for a wheelchair. I took a test drive and enjoyed the handling and the size of the vehicle. Two days later the discussion progressed to the point of bringing our older vehicle for an appraisal that we were preparing for a private sale. They again treated us respectful, and were very complimentary on our older GM vehicle with regards to is interior and exterior condition. A fair price was negotiated on both vehicles and the rest is history. This is our first time dealing with Reno Buick-GMC and we are looking forward to future business with them. I have already told our story to a couple people. More
