I love that Billy spoke with me face to face about every step of my purchase, and let me know the different banks we were talking to, and their rates. I felt so welcome at the store. My husband recently bought a vehicle in Reno and it was a terrible experience. He never got to meet the person handling his deal, he didn't get any face time with anyone in finance, and felt so confused about what he signed for in the end. I bragged about how wonderful my experience with GMC was. I love that Billy personally called to update me about the location of my new vehicle. I was impressed with how much time Andre spent going over my new vehicle with me. He explained to me clearly every single thing that would happen registering my OnStar, and made sure to stay with me until it was done. I was told no problem. I couldn't reach anyone via phone around 11, had to leave a message and didn't hear back until almost noon. That sort of thing matters to me. I'd rather not be promised a finish time at all so that I don't plan for that and then get my hopes up--and left in a lurch. Otherwise, great service! More
