Excellent Customer Services I've been coming to Reno GMC when it was formerly Winkle GMC and have been a customer since approximately 2003. We bought our H2 there from Chad and I've been coming to Reno GMC when it was formerly Winkle GMC and have been a customer since approximately 2003. We bought our H2 there from Chad and Paige and were always taken care of and treated like a family member. Then bought the Yukon and still bring our other vehicle in. I can't express enough the level of customer service that is given each time with grace, poise, and kindness. This coupled with taking care of our cars quickly has been the best experience I've ever had with any dealership in the Reno / Tahoe area. I have had a car from each of the manufacturers and I think what really sets Reno GMC apart from the other dealerships is they remember their regulars by name, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, free wifi is nice while waiting. I feel I have made friends with the people I've been in contact with at Reno GMC and have always shared my exceptional experiences with friends and family of the same. From the individual care by Greg Overbee, Jim Laur, Mike, ian, Vince, and Otto , to the kind phone calls from the Ladies who check in to make sure my service was a great experience, I really feel like an important customer and each and every one of my experiences have felt that way. When I see any of these Team Members for Reno GMC out in public, I get a wave, a hug and a hello.
