We typically approach car dealerships with caution as they are often places where we ar My family's experience at Reno GMC was a breath of fresh air. We typically approach car dealerships with caution as they are often places where we are preyed upon and our actual desires are forcefully manipulated by pushy salesman. This was certainly NOT our experience at Reno GMC. Our salesman Nick had a balanced approach between answering our questions and giving us the space to come to our own conclusions. He was cognizant of our desires, and guided us without pushing an agenda. Nick, as well as our Lease agent, the General manager, and the Director of Finance, were all genuine and helpful. They each took the time to hear out our questions/concerns and address them clearly. In the end, my family received an excellent deal on the right vehicle and established a relationship with a group of folks I am confident will serve our family (and possibly friends) in the future. More
