They over charge and put hidden charges as “OTHER” When I asked about charges they could not be clear , stating it was extras on the car ! They should have itemized the extras ! Nick came in, we sat down, he told me what the service included. Awhile later my truck was done, washed and ready to go. The experience with Nick Sanchez was very positive. Untrustworthy. They didn't rotate tires that was supposed to be part of a prepaid service deal. The "inspection" that was allegedly performed yielded dubious result They didn't rotate tires that was supposed to be part of a prepaid service deal. The "inspection" that was allegedly performed yielded dubious results. They indicated brakes condition even though clearly they HAD NOT REMOVED THE TIRES, based on the fact that the wheels' lock key was in the exact location and position that I had left it. Additionally, I know the vehicle needs suspension work, but they erroneously indicated it was good. My husband contacted the manager and was subjected to an argument ( to add insult to the injury). Afterwards, the manager agreed to a full refund - "the check will be mailed" within two weeks. Glad I used credit card. More
