I have used Copeland for service for all of the I Toyotas leased over the past 10 or more years and the service has always been great. Making appointments was so easy and worked within my schedule. This year I wanted to purchase my vehicle rather than lease and decided since I had such good experience with the service department at Copeland, why not purchase from them? Best experience in my life! I used the Toyota website to make my choice of vehicle (2026 Rav4 Hybrid LE) and met with a fantastic salesperson. My Rav4 was ordered and was delivered within a perfect time frame. The salesperson kept me informed as to the build, shipping, and expected delivery dates. And today, when I picked up the vehicle, I received excellent demonstrations on all the features, which were so advanced compared to my 2018 Rav4. I did need quite a bit more attention on setting up my Toyota App on my cell phone, but it was given to me patiently and graciously. What a wonderful experience! More
