Excellent Customer Service who turned a drop-in to a Sale I was in the market for a new Sienna. So I had been talking to some dealers. In the past I had been to Grossinger Toyota and had a terrible terrible experience that I will never ever do business with them. So being skeptical, I came into the dealership 'just to check out'. I was assigned to talk to Djamal Oucif and that was the it.
