Almost Perfect This is the fourth car we have purchased from this dealership. The only drawback was the two hour wait to be called into the finance office. I suggest the dealership hire more personnel for the finance department. Knowing our car deal was finalized on Monday night and only a few papers for the state needed to be signed on Wednesday when we picked up our brand new automobile the long wait discouraged my past excellent view. Ed has great knowledge on the vehicles and was able to tell us everything about the van. It has way more features than we even knew it had. Buying a vehicle is a big deal and not once did we feel pushed into anything. Our vehicle arrived on Wednesday and Ed texted us a picture of the van as soon as it came. The communication was great. Ed is very thorough with everything from start to finish, right down to walking us to our NEW Toyota Sienna. Mark was just as friendly. We felt so relaxed with Ed and Mark.
