Reccomend I was searching online for a Camry and Nicole J. e-mailed for assistance. I was very specific about the color of the car and they did not have it. We ended up taking a road trip out of state and found what we wanted. When she found out I purchased a car, she e-mailed me with congratulations and invited me to come to their service department for all my service needs. I thought that was very nice and I recommend her for all her efforts and being professional. If they would have had the car I was looking for, I would have bought it there. Very nice people More

7 hours later We drove over 3 hours from MI to visit and purchase our vehicle one Saturday. Our experience buying our 2013 VW Golf was wonderful and smooth up unti We drove over 3 hours from MI to visit and purchase our vehicle one Saturday. Our experience buying our 2013 VW Golf was wonderful and smooth up until the point we drove it off the lot. Less than 2 blocks away, the check engine light came on. It had been on when we test drove it, and we were told that they would re-read the code and clear it, and that it just had to be reset from routine maintenance. So...they obviously just cleared the code without correcting the problem. We turned around and took it back and were told to take it to the VW dealer down the road and that they had called ahead to make sure we could get in. We took it there but were told they were too busy and that they could get it in on Monday. So we went back to Continental. We were then sent to a VW dealer 20 or 25 minutes away and had to wait several hours while they were finishing up with other customers and diagnosing and fixing our vehicle. It ended up being some type of exhaust flap that showed up on the code. Luckily it was still under warranty so there wasn't any more cost incurred. Long story short--We spent SEVEN hours of our day monkeying around with this vehicle and I wasn't able to enjoy the city at all (since we had no vehicle and ran out of time). Had it not been for this issue, I would have been 100% satisfied with the transaction, would have given overall ratings of 5, and would have highly recommended this dealership. More

I had been following the iA since it's an After having my old 2005 Scion xB reaching it's 10th year of life, I decided it was time to get a new model. I had been following the iA since it's announcement and was excited to learn they were to be released at the start of this month. Thanks to Nicole, the online rep who was very helpful, I knew exactly when they arrived! I went the Friday before Labor Day and was helped by Nathan, who was very knowledgeable about the car and we did the test drive and all the starter paperwork, appraised the old Box, and talked numbers. I have never leased before and Nathan explained it very clearly to me. Unfortunately I could not get the car that date because I had to take care of a few errands, and when I did, the color car I wanted was already sold. Nathan was quick to get me another car of the same color in one day! I came in to do my last set of paperwork and with Chris's help and explanations, took care of the finances. I am now the proud owner of a new Scion iA, and I look forward to all the dealings with service and events at the dealership in my lease time.
