I came in for an oil change. A week later the low oil light came on. I had to buy oil and bring the car back because it was leaking oil. I lease new cars because I travel and do not want my wife stranded. In the end it appears the mechanic did not tighten the drain plug. That is something I would expect at a cheap-lube place, not a the dealership! While the dealership did pay me for the oil. I had to wait for my check!!! When you make a mistake, that is when a demand check should be written or a cash placed in the customer's hand! More
