Honest and easy! I had the pleasure of finding my Ford Flex online and dealing with two "Erics" at Conley. At any rate, they were honest, trusting, pulled absolutely no shanannigans and delivered exactly what they said they would. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I believe him to be perfectly honest and with no pressure. Met Robert Mulroy, Sales Manager, early in the process and this helped me make an early decision. The session with David for finance went smoothly and no pressure for add-ons. Just suggestions. Met Mr. Conley, Owner. Where else would a prospective customer meet the dealership owner?
