Exceeded expectations! When I started noticing a noise coming from the rear of my Toyota Prius on Christmas eve, I called to make a service appointment. The earliest appt w When I started noticing a noise coming from the rear of my Toyota Prius on Christmas eve, I called to make a service appointment. The earliest appt was the following Tuesday. Since I didn't want to take a chance driving it around, I dropped off the car on Sunday night. To my surprise, I got a call from Luis Rivera around 9:30 am Monday morning. Not only did they get my car in a day earlier than expected, but Luis told me that the problem was only minor and I didn't need new brakes as I anticipated. He also told me that he noticed a nail in a front tire sidewall and that I should take it back to where I bought it so that it could be replaced. No hard sell on the tires, no hard sell on a brake job. What I got was an honest assessment and solid advice. To top it off, I wasn't even charged for the service! Tremendous thanks to the crew at Conicelli for not taking advantage of their customers like so many dealers do. More

Wonderful Vehicle Buying Experience with Conicelli In 2009, I purchased my new 2009 Toyota RAV4 from Conicelli. I wanted a 4 cyl. Silver "Sport Model" with the Sun Roof Package. They were able to locat In 2009, I purchased my new 2009 Toyota RAV4 from Conicelli. I wanted a 4 cyl. Silver "Sport Model" with the Sun Roof Package. They were able to locate one for me quickly and gave me a great price on the vehicle (compared to other dealerships) without salesman pressure. Although I live in Delaware, I always buy my vehicles at Conicelli of Conshocken. This was my first Toyota RAV 4 SUV purchase as I have owned Hondas in the past. Ray and his salesmen are true professionals and treat their customers with honesty, respect and want the customer to be happy with their purchase. I love my Toyota RAV 4. As a female buying a new car, I appreciate that the salesman takes the time to show you where everything is located inside your new car. He also reviews the manual and highlights in the manual when the vehicle maintenance is due, etc. The ride from Delaware to Concelli is not far on the Blue Route. It is worth the drive. Mike H., Ray, and his staff are wonderful to work to with. They set the example that other dealerships should follow. I am ready for a new Toyota RAV 4 and I am going again to Concelli on Ridge Pike.
