Not only did Dimitry provide a friendly and satisfying experience, he went above and beyond to meet all my needs. These are the reasons why I rate my experience with trading a car with Dimitry so highly. Not only did I not come in with the actual car or the intention/direction of a car I wanted, Dimitry was still able to find me a reasonable car (within my budget), and all within a good time frame. I came in with a 2002 Ford Focus, and Dimitry found me a 2010 KIA Optima equipped with built in GPS, radio, and sunroof. Now that's a step up! Not only did he find me a better car that's affordable, he also provided me with a lot of information and knowledge of the process. I learned a lot about car purchasing/trading.
