Yes, as a matter of fact. There a few chips & scratches in the paint of my car that Michael said he would get me a small amount of matching paint so I could fill in the dings. There was a big one on the hood I was mainly concerned about. I am happy to pay for it, it's just my car is Espresso Black & I can't just walk into Pep Boys & buy paint that will match.

Hi Mary Ann, Enjoying your Tuesday so far? I have an update on a couple of things. FIrst, I sent our a copy of the paperwork on the warranty to you. On the back of the form, it will detail what your are covered for. The headers will be highlighted. Also, in regards to the touch up paint, we will gladly mail that out to you free of charge. Both items will arrive at the earliest on Friday and at the latest on Tuesday. Is there anything else that I can assist you with? Would you say that you now had a satisfactory experience with our dealership?

Hi Chris. I got the paint and the paperwork yesterday, thanks again. Looking at the warranty, it doesn't cover the stereo, am I correct? The reason I'm asking is because the aux plug doesn't work. It will only play through 1 speaker. I just discovered it the other day when I plugged in my iPod. If it is not covered, can you find out how much that will cost me? I appreciate your help! Mary Ann

Hi Mary Ann, How are you doing today? The Auxiliary port is a tricky component in warranties. The Gold Plus warranty that you have should cover the port. The exact verbiage is "OEM radio/graphic equalizer/cassette tape player/compact disc player" Because you have a factory radio, it should be covered. In the off chance that it is not, our service department would have to see the radio. It could be something as simple as the cord is unplugged from the radio to a whole new radio be installed. HI Chris I am not sure what you can do to rectify this situation. I am surprised that it took a week for anyone from your dealership to even contact me. this weekend my wife and I had leased a pathfinder from Sheridan Nissan and were treated with respect and well taken care of from that dealership. We also got a great deal and there was no game play with that dealership. We are writing a response in reference to what the author posted on this website. We are sorry to hear that author was not happy with our dealership. We tried our hardest to accommodate the author as best as we could with his automotive needs. We will work with anyone as long as vulgar and demeaning language is directed towards any of our staff. In these incidents, vulgar language that is not suitable for a place of business was used by the poster of this review and directed towards our dealership staff the first night in our dealership. The author’s behavior eventually went to the point that it started to make a scene in front of other customers in the dealership. We continued to work with the poster. We even went as far as heavily discounting a new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to accommodate the author. However, once after coming close to an agreement with the author’s wife, the author intervened, demanded we do something different and used the same unacceptable language that he had used two days prior. That was the point where our dealership decided to no longer conduct business with the author. We wish that this matter had a different outcome. As a family owned and operated dealership, we take pride in the treatment of our customers. In our eyes, every customer that comes into our dealership is a guest. However, once a customer abuses that courtesy, we will have to go in a different direction. We will continue to conduct business at our dealership in a very courteous, professional way and we look forward to helping our past, present and future Concordville customers.

I am shocked that a dealership that claims they are a family dealership would resort to lies instead of addressing an issue. I never used vulgar language or created a scene at the dealership. When my wife, who was with me at the time, read this response she was also shocked.
