I was given a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half for an oil change by another service partner. After the two hour remark, I was still waiting for the previous service partner to come tell me my ve for an oil change by another service partner. I went up to Jarrod, and without any hesitation, he immediately helped me while my previous service partner was on-looking. I had my three month old son with me and Jarrod made sure to get us out within five minutes of helping us. If you want an attentive, kind, hard-working service partner, I would recommend Jarrod! More
