Concordville Nissan

My husband and I were lured into the dealership by a misleading trade in offer for our Nissan Armada. When we arrived we decided on a pre owned jeep cherokee that was actually at the concordville subaru misleading trade in offer for our Nissan Armada. When we arrived we decided on a pre owned jeep cherokee that was actually at the concordville subaru dealership up the street. (Same GM for both places) so we went to the Subaru dealership and were treated very rudely by an employee name Anthony C. He had no intention of helping us he seemed more concerned with the cook out they were having there at the dealership. I called The Nissan place to let Zac know how we were treated he said to let Moe the GM know. I emailed Moe and he sent me a long email about how they strive for professionalism and they have high employee standards and so on and so forth. He said he would have Zac call me Monday to try and figure out a solution for us. He did call and we went over my goal and he said he would talk to his GM and we would talk soon. Now it had been days and neither Zac or Moe are answering phones or emails. I wouldn’t recommend these dealerships to anyone. Even if the end goal can’t be met there should still be a conversation about it. You don’t just start ignoring or ghosting people. We are all adults just say we can’t work that out unfortunately so we all could have moved on. So ridiculous. More
