I was greeting. I thought I had an appointment. Turns out I went to the wrong dealership. No matter. They took care of me and honored the deal from the other dealers I thought I had an appointment. I was given a good deal on my trade-in and walked out the door a happy customer. There were NO surprises in finance, all good. I didn't have title or my check book with me. No problem. They took care of it. I went back today (Saturday to Monday) and gave them my cashier's check and title. All done. And, every time I went in, I was greeted and welcomed.
