Once a decision was made she handed me off to Dustin who helped me wade through all of the required signatures. He was very nice and ready to answer and explain any questions I had. Ali made sure to keep in touch throughout the entire process and even helped me sync my phone and get settled in my car before I left. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I had not planned on buying a car, but had just totaled my beloved car and was under a lot of stress, I certainly didn't need the additional stress of trying to purchase a new car and the hassles that usually go with it. I had narrowed my choice down to the ford escape and one other car and I can honestly say, while I absolutely love my new escape, Paul was a huge factor in my decision. Everything was just so easy and totally stress free throughout my whole transaction. I feel like I got a great deal and really enjoyed all my dealings with this dealership.
