Friendly staff. Service department got my Jeep in for brake issue. Fixed issue and put new brakes on it. Had it a day and rear brake started making a noise. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone to schedule my appointment was very nice. When I got to the dealership there were several people standing around and not one person asked if I needed anything. my appointment was very nice. I gave him my keys and went on my way. When they called me that my vehicle was done I went back I to the service department and there were 2 men and a lady standing there talking. They looked at me like I was disturbing their conversation, then completely ignored me. Some other gentleman came up and asked what he could help me with. Your service department might be top notch but the people need to have better customer service. More
