I was extremely unhappy! I made an appointment for my recall and when I got there they told me that they couldn't take me because they had to order the part. They were understaffed, and they are telling me after 35k miles I have thousands in repairs to breaks and tires. I bought this car from them. I reached out to the dealership, and said they would get the dire miles I have thousands in repairs to breaks and tires. I bought this car from them. I reached out to the dealership, and said they would get the director involved, that has not yet happened. Very disappointed in my experience. The service members were nice about it taking over 4 hours, but when your own service team is telling people these brakes give out after 35k miles, there's red flags everywhere. I have been a Hyundai owner my whole life, as is my family. Unless there are changes, this is my last Hyundai I will ever purchase. More
