Service department has to be the worst in the Cincinnati area. Their app tells you one thing, the service writer tells you a second thing, and then hit you with a third when you come in. They set your servi area. Their app tells you one thing, the service writer tells you a second thing, and then hit you with a third when you come in. They set your service intervals to get you to come in and then tell you that your service isn’t covered. So then they try to get you to go ahead and pay for oil changes and other things since you drove the time to come in. Can’t get a hold of anyone when you call, total joke of a department. Avoid the Joseph Auto Group if possible. More

Sadly I was sent one amount for service in a email for my 90k mile service and then told that was incorrect. They should have honored the amount they provided.
