The folks at Columbia were extremely helpful. It was a relaxed experience. We negotiated a fair price and they replaced the front valance which had been cracked. As noted there was a large chipmunk nest in the air cleaner. The air filter was filthy and clogged. In addition the rear bumper had been hit and was bent. I didn't notice it when I inspected the truck. More

Initially we were there to meet up with Jake Gurzler, however Jake was with a customer. Mike had come over to us to see if he could help out. From that point on he was extremely professional and kind. He however Jake was with a customer. Mike had come over to us to see if he could help out. From that point on he was extremely professional and kind. He showed us around the dealership and made us feel very welcome. He made sure my young daughter was not bored as there were lulls here and there with obtaining information, etc. He has a very nice personality and I would buy another car from Mike (once I pay this one off! ) :) I would recommend Mike and this dealership to friends and family.
