Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Mike Caron was especially helpful and did not pressure us in anyway. From the moment my wife and I entered the showroom area we were impressed by it's cleanliness, decor, smiling and attentive personel. We introduced ourselves to Chris M who then placed us in professional h we were impressed by it's cleanliness, decor, smiling and attentive personel. Allen was prompt about returning calls, and did everything he said he would. He was helpful and friendly, and did not apply a lot of pressure on any extras/etc. He was knowledgeable about the veh everything he said he would. Sarah (business manager) was also very easy to work with, explained everything in detail, and didn't try to push us into warranties we didn't need/etc. She was also quick to get information on the maintenance program for us, which we did end up purchasing.
