Finally worked on it but never ordered the part i needed, which was discussed week earlier and therefore caused another delay. Worst part was the rear wiper we asked you to replace - you charged $22 for the part and another $36 for labor! That is completely outrageous for a simple task that takes about 2 minutes to complete.
