I was told 4 different things for 4 different people. I was told to go to service, then sent to parts, then sent back to service and then back to parts. I was also argued with by one of your team membe I was told to go to service, then sent to parts, then sent back to service and then back to parts. I was also argued with by one of your team members and told how busy and short handed you had been all day. I came in to buy a key to get my lugs off and it took almost an hour of my time. Not to mention, I have to drive over an hour both ways to even get there. All in, almost 3 hours of my time to give you $30 More
Notified by the dealership where we purchased our Hyundai of a software recall and reached out to schedule an appointment with this local dealership. However, did not receive a call back the first two times of a software recall and reached out to schedule an appointment with this local dealership. However, did not receive a call back the first two times I was prompted to leave a message (no answer by service department when transferred) and had to call back three days in a row. When the appointment was finally scheduled, I waited for over an hour until a service center employee notified me that they had "misplaced" the drive with the software update for our vehicle and we would be contacted in the next few days for a "no wait appointment". It has now been over three weeks since the appointment with no follow up regarding the recall. More
Worst Communication Ever! Was blatantly lied to with no apology! I used the valet service for an oil change. My car was picked up on Friday morning. Friday afternoon I was asked if I needed valet return service (yes!). Then was asked if they could return my car Monday (no!). I needed it for the weekend and my loaner vehicle was not comprable. Tyler said it was too late for Friday, but he’d reach out first thing in the morning. I waited ALL weekend for my car which never arrived. And worse, Tyler went silent and never responded to multiple texts. Finally, I get a call Monday from John to return my vehicle. He apologized about the incident, but the I NEVER heard from Tyler and I wasn’t able to take my planned weekend trip because of the inconsiderate and fraudulent promise that I’d get my car on Saturday! I’m disgusted by this service experience!! More

I worked with Zachary Muse to let him know that I have never received a coupon/email discount from Columbia Acura since purchasing St Patrick's day 2022. I have told his to other employees and they just s never received a coupon/email discount from Columbia Acura since purchasing St Patrick's day 2022. I have told his to other employees and they just say, "I'll make sure you get them forthcoming". which they did not. Zach checked my information with his supervisor and for some reason my information was turned "off" so I would not receive discounts for services from them. I'm still receiving coupons in the mail from Jeff Wyler Acura, but Columbia will not honor. Thank you, Zachary for going the extra mile for me! Viki Dittrich More
I had a scheduled appointment on October 15th, at 8:30 am. I was unsure if I would be able to make it and tried to contact Hyundai service. Although I wasn't able to get a hold of someone, initially, I am. I was unsure if I would be able to make it and tried to contact Hyundai service. Although I wasn't able to get a hold of someone, initially, I was able to reach someone and let them know I was in route. Upon arrival, Jody stopped by my vehicle and was able to get me checked in. Edmund, the Service Advisor, helped me with getting my oil change and with a car wash. I waited for my vehicle and he stopped by to make me aware of another thing my Tucson would most likely need soon. I appreciated this, because he could have not informed me. I wish he had been able to write down the cost of the work I would need in the future. However, Columbia Hyundai was much busier than I had expected the day I stopped by. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate service for how they have helped me. If it weren't for the extremely high prices, I would have more services performed/added accessories. More
