Lack of follow through on promises. Poor customer service. I leased a 2015 Nissan Leaf back in August of 2016. The lease process went smoothly and was told that the car would be ready tomorrow. It actually t I leased a 2015 Nissan Leaf back in August of 2016. The lease process went smoothly and was told that the car would be ready tomorrow. It actually took 3 days to receive my car and when I did it hadn't been cleaned, it was missing the wheel lock, no charge to charge card (that I explicitly asked for), and the car charger. Mind you this is an electric car! I was told that they would order the missing items and call me. Two weeks passed. Nobody called. I called and they said "We ordered the wrong charger" which isn't true because there is only one, but I digress. I was told I would get a call when it came in. A month passed and I decided to go into the dealership. They apologized and told me it would be ordered. Well it has been 4 months since I leased the vehicle and I still do not have a charger or wheel lock adapter. I had to get in touch with the no-charge to charge service myself since I needed charging. More
