Colonial Mazda was an amazing car buying experience. When I had to suddenly get a car a few years ago, I wanted the cx3, but it wasn’t out yet, so I had to get a cx5. It was a good car, fast, sporty. But I always wanted the CX3. And now that I have one, I love it. They’re excellent. It’s so fast and sporty and amazing. There’s a reason their motto is “zoom zoom” Also, the dealership is great. I went to Riley Mazda, in Stamford for my older car, and had a HORRIBLE time there. They upsold me a lot of stuff I didn’t need after I’d already agreed to the sale. Colonial Mazda didn’t do that, and they were great. More

A Whole New Level of Service! I came to Colonial Mazda after having leased with the same company for the past 10 years. I'd been wanting to experience something new behind the whee I came to Colonial Mazda after having leased with the same company for the past 10 years. I'd been wanting to experience something new behind the wheel and had a good idea as to what I wanted. What started out as a brief, yet informative, internet chat evolved into a same day appointment with service extraordinaire Adam Dean. Adam just gets it: he is communicative, responsive, informative, educated in his field, has passion for what he does, and personality for days - he's not just your typical "sales person". I felt confident throughout the entire process that I had all the information I needed whether it be how to Sync my phone or what side is my gas tank on? I drove away knowing it all... Jay Barnard assisted with all of our financials and again, everything was very clearly laid out for us and all of our questions ansewered in ways that made sense. The process was super organized and painless, he had everything ready for us and we didn't have to wait for anything. For what is (in my opinion - sorry Jay!) the least pleasurable part about buying a car, Jay made our time with him very pleasant and pretty quick. I could go on and on with how happy I am with my experience but I think anyone who's gotten this far gets my point! I highly recommend if you're looking to buy/lease a Mazda see Adam, he will deliver the most personalized experience you've ever had, I'm sure of it. More
