All and all ,walking into that establishment left me with a great experience, dealing with polite, friendly yet extremely professional team, the leadershipof this organization did an exceptional job assembling a great team. If highly recommend COLONIAL MAZDA to anyone who is looking for a stress free, respectable and honestly professional yet friendly experience to pay those good people a visit, I walked in around Noon on a Saturday and walked out highly satisfied 4 hours later with a great SUV that fit exactly into my budget, needs and even color preference. When you go to buy a car (one of the MOST annoying and stressful experiences EVER) and walk out remembering all the names, on top of a great experience, this tells that these people are doing something right. My only regret is it took me that long to put up something good about these good folks on here :) More

Service + I was searching for a car for my daughter, who lives in N.Y. I live in Ma. and came upon what seemed like the perfect car, but it was in CT. I drove 1 hr, 45 minutes to this dealership, a bit wary at first, because of the drive and all the problems 'out of state' purchases can cause, only to meet up with Cody, Dave & Fred. Cody was our salesperson. He had a total understanding of the car, and was able to explain to us all the details of the car, including maintenance as well as how to use all the bells & whistles that the car came with. He explained the warranty, the history and the value of the car and never once made it seem like he was annoyed with my multitude of questions. He then took the next step, without my asking, that put this dealership and sales team over the top for me. He DELIVERED the car to NY, they got the out of state registration, title, plates together, worked out a time for delivery, then they sat for 20 minutes on a 3 way conversation with the insurance company. I did in one day, what usually takes 3 - 4 days, especially if you're out of state. I wholeheartedly, recommend Cody and the sales team of Fred & Dave at Colonial to anyone who is out of state as well as in state, for service, integrity and top notch cars!! Thank you guys! He knew everything about the cars, and helped guide us where we wanted to go. The test drive was particularly impressive, as it was a long ride (longer than any I'd done before), and we really got a good sense of the Mazda driving experience. I would recommend Cody 100% - he is friendly, patient, and has an amazing can-do attitude. We are thrilled with our new car, and are glad to have been helped so thoroughly by Cody. More

I'm very pleased with the service they do I have had all my scheduled service appointment with Colonial since I bought my CX-5 a year and a half ago. I'm very pleased with the service they do on my car in order to keep me safe on the road at all times. I'm always greeted with a pleasant hello and whenever I have questions they are good about explaiing in detail the problems and solutions to repairing them, I drive 31 miles one way to get there but it's well worth it. Today I was in for my free oil change. It's cetainly nice walking out without having to pay a penny! More
