First Car Purchase When I first went into Honda, I met with Jay and told him that I simply wanted to look at and test drive cars. He didn't ask any further questions bes When I first went into Honda, I met with Jay and told him that I simply wanted to look at and test drive cars. He didn't ask any further questions besides the cars I wanted to drive. At other dealerships, I was pressured into buying the car or making an offer even after I repeatedly told them that I was not looking to buy that day. Jay was not pushy at all and that simply made my experience stress free. He was very thorough with the cars mechanics and all of the technology. When the day came for me to purchase, Jay and Waleed made the experience easy and they were both so friendly! I didn't personally work with Barry in the purchase of my car but he was so friendly and was able to give me information and help me out, even if Jay was not available. Overall, it made my experience all the better! More

Amazing customer service!!!! I was hearing a strange noise on a tire and contacted Desiree who I bought my car from. She was more than happy to help and scheduled me an appointme I was hearing a strange noise on a tire and contacted Desiree who I bought my car from. She was more than happy to help and scheduled me an appointment with Justin in service. I had to go back a few times to get it permanently fixed as they were waiting for a part. Justin greeted me with a smile everytime and was so helpful with anything I needed. I only waited about 30 minutes, and I was good to go. I even got a coupon for my next oil change!
