I bring my cars to normal priced garages in town. You might want to call tech support because I had that car in there for several recalls over the years.

This issue is related to the fuse box replacement I had done BEFORE ford recalled it. And when they did recall it I tried getting paid back for it and colonial told me to call corporate. Corporate told me to call the dealer “it says call the dealer on the recall notice” so I called them and was told by Bruce “ok I submitted it, a check will be on the way soon” so a few months later I call back and got the same thing from him. “I resubmitted it” then I discover on my own ford has been sending correspondence to an old address, so I called Bruce again, “ok I’ll re submit it and you should get it soon”. Then 2 weeks later I get an email from Bruce saying that ford actually won’t pay for the service and maybe he could send me some small amount of money. And here we are today, I received nothing.
